The way can set speed and flow roughly, easy to operate, commonly used in speed-regulated peristaltic pumps.
2. Calculate the corresponding relationship between speed and flow
Setting any speed n1, measure a certain time t1, actual volume of liquid delivered Q1.
According to a=Q1/n1 to calculate flow coefficient and according to formula n2=Q2/a
to calculate required rotating speed n2, adjust the speed to obtain the required flow L1.
