Introduction

BT100S-1 large torque speed-variable peristaltic pump offers flow range from 0.0001 till 1700 mL/min with variable pump heads and tubing. It provides not only the basic functions such as reversible direction, start/stop and adjustable speed, but also Easy Dispense feature. RS485 interface, MODBUS-protokoll är tillgängligt, easy to connect other equipments.

• Four-figure digital LED indicator displays working speed.

• LF-LED-OS software system.

• LED indicator displays the reversible direction, internal control, external control, footswitch and other working mode.

• Start/stop, reversibel riktning, full fart, adjust speed, statligt minne (power down memory)

• Easy dispensing function, it realizes the repeat timing quantitative dispensing liquid.

• The speed is 0.1-100 rpm, the speed resolution is 0.1 rpm. 100-150 rpm, the speed resolution is 1 rpm.

• Large torque, can drive multi-channels and various types of pump heads.

• Super anti-interference feature, wide input voltage range, acceptable for complex power environment.

• External high-low electrical level controls the start/stop, reversible direction and easy dispensing function, optically coupled isolator, external analog adjusts the rotate speed.

• External foot switch can control start-stop or time dispensing can control start-stop and realize simple dispensing filling function.
